Delivery
We offer FREE delivery on all orders over NZD65.00 – for orders under this amount, a tracked courier charge of NZD6.00 will apply for the North Island and a charge of NZD10.00 will apply for the South Island.
Orders within New Zealand are estimated to be delivered within 2-4 working days – For rural addresses, please allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery.
Delivery times are based on the date the order has been collected by the courier, not from the date or time the order was placed.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition – you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the faulty or damaged product has been received and accepted we will process your refund to the payment method originally used for your purchase – please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
We are unable to accept returns on sale items, gift packs or if the original purchase was not made through this website – in this instance please contact the retailer you originally made the purchase from directly.
