Sustainability is important for a very simple reason, we cannot maintain our quality of life unless the earths ecosystems are thriving & in balance.
While today we may be enjoying the comforts of modern life, the truth is that the our rates of resource use and consumption are simply not maintainable.
For the sake of future generations, we must leave the planet as a self-sustaining system that will provide equal opportunities for the survival of our species and all the organisms that coexist on this planet with us.
Sustainability means we need to learn to use our resources more carefully and efficiently, whether that is in our homes or in our communities. We can do this in our everyday lives by being more considerate of the products we buy, the cleaners we use in our homes, the materials our clothes are made of, and yes, the skincare and beauty products we use, too.
We hope that by doing our little bit and supporting brands that embrace this sustainability ethos, that we are going some way towards making the world a better place.
